We offer a design service, where if you provide an idea we can design the solution. We have a very comprehensive system, the part is designed on Solidworks, then if it needs manufacturing it will follow one of two paths. If it requires machining the design will be passed through the Mastercam program and either to our Machining centre or to our CNC lathe.
If machining is not necessary it will generally be hand fabricated. Then it is ready for collection or if it is to be moulded we can arrange contact with a close associate (ASH MOULDINGS). |
