3D Rapid Prototyping, to save both time and expense over the traditional method of one off prototype manufacture, it will enable us to provide you with a visual representation of your ideas within a very short timescale.
Using a variety of techniques it is possible to construct such items as rubber-like materials through to workable moulds. We operate two industry standard 3D printers, one a mono colour the second a full colour machine.

We can also offer a stress analysis of your design to replicate the way in which it would operate. This can take the form of a stress distribution or temperature distribution using anyone of a number of differing parameters.
In the past this would have resulted in a picture that is hard to communicate easily.
